Very broad, comprehensive and varied introduction to the city, explicitly for visitors and residents. Red cloth with gilt lettering and ornamental pattern in black.
Worn with a tear along the whole spine and the paper cracked at three hinges, though with the book still well kept together, except for one page half loose. Small stains (at most from a thumb) almost on one page out of ten.
